Su Chang (born in 1986) is an associate professor at the Central Conservatory of Music (China) and a guzheng virtuoso. She has been active on stages both domestically and internationally, traveling to over 30 countries, and tirelessly promoting traditional Chinese music through collaborations with globally renowned orchestras.

In China, as a teacher, she reaches out to grassroots communities, nurturing young talent in Chinese music. As a public welfare ambassador, she uses her music to empower and help depression patients find their way out of darkness.

Over the years, Su Chang has remained a prominent figure on stages around the world. Her superb technique and elegant, dignified Oriental charm have introduced many people to traditional Chinese music. As she herself has said, the guzheng feels like a lover from a past life to her.

The reason music can convey love is that the performer is filled with love. Su Chang's passion for the guzheng and respect for traditional culture enable her to create mesmerizing melodies. In recent years, the status of traditional culture in the hearts of Chinese people has risen, and the traditional beauty of ethnic instruments has been embraced by more young people. Su Chang has a long-held wish: to make the sound of the guzheng a language understood by the entire world.
