Modern Talking is one of Germany's most successful pop groups, famous for their Eurodisco style and international hits in the 1980s. The duo was formed in 1983 by producer and songwriter Dieter Bohlen and singer Thomas Anders.
Modern Talking quickly achieved massive success with their debut single, You're My Heart, You're My Soul (1984), which topped the charts in several European countries. This was followed by a series of hit songs such as Cheri, Cheri Lady, Brother Louie, Atlantis Is Calling (S.O.S. for Love), and Geronimo’s Cadillac. Despite their second breakup, Modern Talking’s music remains influential and beloved worldwide.
