Jimmy Chan (陈占美) is a renowned pianist with a rich and diverse musical career. Beginning in 1968, he played the electronic organ for The Quests band in Hong Kong. In 1970, he joined Sam Hui's band "Lotus" and continued his role as an organist.

Jimmy Chan has participated in personal recordings of many major Hong Kong and Taiwanese stars such as Frances Yip, Teresa Teng, and Paula Tsui, providing piano accompaniment. In November 1974, he returned to Singapore and was invited to perform piano at the "Piano Lounge" of the Mandarin Hotel.

He has recorded many records, cassette tapes, and CDs for various local recording companies. Currently, he is a professional pianist under the "Star Music Productions Company." Jimmy Chan's piano playing style is known for its freshness, elegance, and lyrical quality. He excels in capturing the unique personalities of different singers and fully expressing them in his performances, making his music not only reflect the charm of the singers but also bring a vivid and captivating allure.
